The walls are incredibly thinâI could hear one neighborâs alarm clock from my bedroom and another neighbor cooking in their kitchen. I have never got a good nightâs sleep. I only lived in Tribeca for a short time and left the place just as clean as when I moved in, yet they still charged me a few hundred dollars in damage fees. Be prepared to pay damage fees regardless of the condition you leave it in. Terrible practice.

It is an apartment located in a very quiet and safe area, and it is an APT with excellent management from other apartments. Too friendly and comfortable, That is Manager’s another attraction to show this apartment. The interior facilities of the apartment are clean and well organized compared to other apartments, and the security is very stable. I m very appreciate to Manager Renee a lot of things.

A man has been harassing me, taking pictures from his balcony, and threatening me for months. This neighbor has used every type of hate speech against me and my next door neighbor who is also a woman. DONT MOVE HERE IF YOU WANT TO FEEL SAFE.
