Tribeca apartments is a very nice community. We started on a 1 bedroom/1bathroom and then we moved to a 2 bedroom/2bathroom. What I like about it is that is safe (gated community). Besides your assigned parking spot they have a lot of open spaces for residents (first come, first serve). They have a guard during the night walking the whole complex. The pool are is always clean and very well maintained. The gardens are beautiful all year long. The common areas are super clean. The maintenance guys are really good, every time we have a problem we just need to report it and they come right away. The manager staff is always very helpful and very professional. I usually talk to Renee she is really nice. I definitely recommend this place to live.

We have rented an apartment at this complex for 3 years and we left out, they sent us an invoice with crazy charges such as New carpet, and reglaze tub/shower and reglaze kitchen counter for total of more than $600. The carpet was super clean and they did not have to replace it at all. Also the property manager is unprofessional and one time she asked my wife to leave the pool because she forgot her pool permit. Not recommended.

The staff were helpful at most of the time. I lived here a couple of years ago and I enjoyed the location from Cal state. I miss it at times. The pool was great.

I have lived at Tribeca Apartments for close to 10 years and enjoyed management and maintenance. Up until 2017 i had to move due to job situation. Really enjoyed my one bedroom loved it canât wait to move back again!! Thank you Tribeca!!:)

This place has some twisted ways of handling things. I moved into an apartment that was not brand new. As a single female who was rarely home, I found it ludicrous that they would try to charge me for missing locks to a sliding glass door that could only lock from the outside(yes not safe, I had two occasions where my ex- made it into my apt on the second floor without my consent) which I never used since they were pointless, refinishing or replacing of the vanity counter , something to do with the stove top (which was so tiny it didnât feel safe to use, so I never did for fear of my apt going up in flames) and not returning the keys (which I have video footage of me doing so) I didnât realize I was being charged for any of this when I upgraded to another apt. The next apt was newer, but not new. They tried to claim that this apt was only permitted to rent to one tenant for 6months max. . . Just this unit, mind you they didnât tell me this until I paid my 5th months rent. Whatâs more bogus is that they have sent me to collections for some how not paying my 4th months rent, yet they still allowed me to remain in the apt?? Despite the 6mo cut off that suddenly was being imposed, they are additionally trying to charge me for a prorated two or three additional weeks beyond their 6mo mandatory cut off date for that unit?? I did not have a single problem when I moved into this place. This place was decent for the price at the time, but with how much they tried to charge without reason it became overpriced,overnight. Apparently others felt this way as I received notice in the mail of money they will be reimbursing all the tenants who were occupying units there, including myself, during the time I stayed. If Kara no longer works there, Iâm sure itâs worth considering, because once she became involved she instantly had a personal problem with myself as well as another resident, then made things as difficult and conflicting as possible.

Lived here for 2 years... Honestly, pretty good here. The parking situation is nice. Best part about living here- the maintenance and repair staff is ON THE BALL. I put in a request to have something fixed and they are there within a couple hours.
